non-verbal communication

So, it's been a while since i wrote anything. Has anything happened? not really. I just seem to spend my time making trinkets, i think its making me into a boring person. a more boring person.

I might have to go up to lockwood for the finals of the giant cheese-rolling championships. The parents had a water tank delivered a couple of weeks ago, a huge green thing 5 meters in diameter and 2 1/2 meters tall we rolled it down the hill on its side like a huge indiana jones booby-trap and then tipped it over. No-one was killed.

the studio is now full of stuff and i don't get too much time to stare out the window at the cathedral, i still like it when i do, though. Yesterday there was a noise like thousands of teenagers being fed into a giant mincer in federation square; terrible screams that came in waves as another load of youth was poured into the machine. When I went for lunch I was disappointed to discover that it was just the Australian Idol concert.

kate and i have been looking at for house to rent and discovering that the wheels of capitalism have been whirling faster while we weren't looking and everywhere has become fabulously expensive. we found a pretty house but were too slow; it was the first one we looked at and so were not as co-ordinated as we could have been.

listening to heart live in concert. terrible.
