Hi Simon, it's your old friend anonymous here (actually it's Mum, sorry to diappoint you!)- thought your comments box looked a bit lonely, so I'll burble on for a minute or two. Lovely to hear from you - everyone most interested in what you're up to - spoke to Jo Coventry yesterday who's off to Italy today for 4 months study, having just finished his PhD ( he always was a dedicated acheiver) Dad off to SA for a week and I'm trying to keep my to do list from running off the page and all over the desk, up the wall and strangling me. Still lacking in people to exchange ideas about life's oddities with, but I'll persevere in attempts to encourage thinking. take care and don't eat too many pigs, love from everyone here

the food here is really shit as well. their are so many variations on KFC over here, so far i have seen: alabama fried chicken, kansas FC, indiana FC, louisiana FC, tenessee FC, virginia FC and somewhere called PFC (though by the taste PVC would be closa). god save the chickens of america they are not safe from east london. oh well france in a week and and im sure vitti will know exac what to order.
