how i learnt to love the bomb

last night in the middle of another middle east crisis, I struggled to hurry a bumbling president bush into airforce one, so that i could launch a nuclear strike on the persian gulf. I had turned the special keys and started the countdown, and if the president didn't get moving, the ICBMs under the white house lawn would cook him as they took off.

I didn't seem to worry about the intended targets.
I had a job to do.

And in my dreams the brakes don't work properly in hte car that i drive. The other nite it wasn't the brakes but a flat tyre that had been driving on for ages and the tyre was all shredded and wrecked. Does this mean anything?

You are probably right. I recently was encouraged to go to great efforts to coordinate a project proposal for a soil health program for Victoria. All for naught.
